In my 47 years of life I have seen many things that were immoral to me.
I have also seen a lot of things which are "illegal" but are not "immoral" to me.
Who gets to decide what is "illegal" and/or "immoral"?

For instance, the Rastafarian who smokes marijuana on a daily basis is NOT immoral to me, but somehow became illegal. How does that happen?
